Dr. Morris is originally from Chattanooga, he has 4 children After graduating from UTC with a B.S. in biology and a minor in Chemistry, Dr. Morris began his study of Chiropractic at Life University in Marietta, Ga. While in school, Dr. Morris worked for a few years in the Diagnostic Imaging and Analysis department at the school. Dr. Morris was a multiple year recipient of The National Deans List recognition award and graduated with honors. Dr. Morris also received Motion Palpation Technique certification and taught this technique as a student.
Dr. Morris has been in practice caring for thousands of patients since 1997. He holds board certifications in extremity adjusting and pediatrics as well as a Fellow of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Morris has lectured to doctors on pediatrics, multiple public lectures on topics ranging from nutrition, human potential, and raising a healthy, drug free family. Dr. Morris has served on the faculty at Gate City Chiropractic College serving as professor of Chiropractic Philosophy. In 2006, 2007, and 2008, Dr. Morris has been selected as One of America’s Top Chiropractors by the Consumers Research Council of America and has been granted lifetime status in Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide for professionals.
Dr. Morris enjoys time with his family, attending church where he serves as a deacon, and cooking for friends. Dr. Morris has received great joy in having the opportunity to coach his children in baseball, football, and basketball. In 2006 Dr. Morris was bestowed a great honor in being selected to serve on the advisory board at J103 contemporary Christian radio. In 2008, Dr. Morris completed 5 sprint triathlons and participated in multiple events in 2009 including his first 1/2 marathon. A severely broken foot has ended his career.
